My first experience was decent for a basic wash vacuum and general cleaning of my car. Every time I come I get up sold and decided to upgrade to the interior cleaning etc. Whatever product used ultimately put a smoke film on my window they did not back in the truck as promised and I had to come back at a huge inconvenience. The manager did not see fit to accommodate me or adjust or offer me a free wash in the future. Car wash is horrible. I took my vehicle there to get washed only to come back to scratches and they refused to show me the cameras because of scratches were not there when I got my car wash ever since they have taken over ownership it’s gone downhill. Please avoid this car wash at all cost.
Excellent service and great customer service. The staff is always pleasant, and the service they provide is exceptional!
