Firstly - order the reviews by date, the low ones are older, recent reviews are favorable. Bought a full detail with Groupon, I had wondered if I needed an appointment - nobody at the business was picking up the phone and their website seems defunct. So I went over and they took the car right away, just need to allow them enough time. Nobody out front or in the waiting room when I arrived, but one of the workers found the duty manager for me quickly once asked. I saw lots of negative reviews about this place, but noted they were many years ago. I went there in late January and again today, late March, and found their service to be quite good and efficient. I was in a bit of a time crunch and told them as much. I got the service I needed/wanted and was finished in good time.
