The cleaning is done by removing the grill components and deep cleaning them in our especially-equipped trailer using a unique steam cleaning system called Ovenu®. used them twice and my grill always looks brand new. I just wish I maintained it better myself
BEWARE!!! I had them come out to clean and fix my BBQ on Friday, hoping to use it over the weekend. What actually happen was really unprofessional. The cleaned the outside of the BBQ, however the inside was still a mess. In addition, they left a note that they could fix the BBQ. NOT GOOD. I called the owner Steve to complain and he proceed to lecture me on there company policies. He did like that I was upset and refused to fix my BBQ. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...
