Lady upcharged when we were there despite advertised prices on their website and required cash only. Did not anywhere close to cut the style we asked for and cut off 6 inches extra and ruined my son’s hair to the point he was crying.

If I went on a "bad day" and my service experience varies from others, then perhaps they are not consistent. On October 28, 2024, I called ahead to make an appointment but was told that if I just arrived in about 20 minutes, the wait time would be roughly 30 minutes. I will never know whether or not they normally schedule appointments because I will not return. When I arrived, there were around 6 customers waiting while 2 others were being serviced by 2 barbers.
