Yeah they're cool while you're in there the minute you leave there not cool anymore sold me a car with bald tires in the rear what steel belt showing warped and broken rotors and broken brake pads plus major electrical problems with the car that they failed to disclose along with factory recalls do not recommend purchasing vehicles from this dealership

Excellent service. Used them after moving to California to lease a Mazda. Easy and efficient process. Vehicle was delivered to my home by the dealership that had the model and options that I wanted.
They helped me to buy a mini cooper for my daughter. Very helpful and easy to deal with.
Buying or leasing a car through Desert Auto Dealer was such a stark contrast to the abysmal buying experience at a dealership. But not only was it light years better, in contrast, it was fantastic in its own right! It was fast, easy, provided the information I needed at my fingertips, and where I had questions, my rep was friendly and helpful !

This company really is like a secret super power. It's easy, fast and sort of magical. Needed to get a new ride but didn't really have time for the car dealer hassle and decided to give Desert Auto a try. They negotiated a much better deal than anything I was hearing from the dealer, didn't bother me with tons of calls or messages, and there was literally zero pressure to make a decision. I purchased a car from them September 3rd 2020. September 4th I had to replace the battery because if a bad start issue. By September 5th it was in the shop because they sold me a car with no radiator fluid. I called the shop and they refused to tow my non driveable car in and only offered to pay half the repairs. I took it to my mechanic for a full inspection st this point. Not only was it $500 to fix the radiator, there's a rack and pinion problem that is $1.2k to fix as well.
