Very easy check in and staff was very nice. Signed in paid my co pay got m y contrast, drank and then called back. The tech was very nice for the CT scan and was out and on my way.

My husband had an appointment. Customer service was terrible. "Sign in and take a seat" the sign said. Don't want to be bothered..."We will call you" I heard them tell a man when he had a question. Told another "We wouldn't ask you to fill out forms if we didn't need information." Lots of forms. Then they tell my husband you need blood work before procedure. Never told us we needed it. Would have cancelled us if we didn't have online access. Would have waited over an hour for nothing.
Fantastic such good service absolutely fantastic great front desk service and the technician was one of the best i have ever experienced
When they tell you to be there at 6:30 for your 7 o'clock appointment and the front desk check is 10 minutes late , then you have to wait for her to turn computer on , then watch as she finish apply her make up !! Really! Next time I will try Palm Springs.
I have scheduled in Indio and Palm Desert facilities. No complaints. Very satisfied with both offices and staff.
awesome staff!! I am very thankful I had the technicians I had and would drive the distance (I live in Coachella) again just to have the awesome staff at DAI do my ultrasound or any other imaging needed.
My son had an appointment at 1015 and I was here 20 minutes before 10 and when I finish filling out paperwork they tell me it was going to be 45 minutes late and it has been almost 2 hours I made the appointment for a reason I asked for only half day from my work I even called in the morning and they could of said something so I could have rescheduled then the worse service ever
The front desk girl young and very sweet did paper work and yes i had 1/2 hour wait. She told me 1/2 hour 20 minutes later i had X-ray. X-ray tec came out side and got me i sat in my car so not to infect any one else. He was very professional and efficient. Nice place clean and friendly. They also have spanish speaking employees too. THUMBS UP! THANK YOU.
