Sarah and Jeanette at the front desk were friendly and Ann, the MRI tech, was amazing. Ann was professional and caring. My daughter walked in feeling a bit scared about her scan but Ann made her feel comfortable and she got through her exam smoothly. Thank you ladies!

Very efficient and easy as a walk in patient. Was in and out in less than an hour.
People who come in for X-rays should not be kept waiting while people coming in who appointments are taken in but xrays that do not have appointments are made to wait... I waited for almost one n a half hours while some one with an appointment didn’t have to wait less then 10 to 15 minutes.. I also called n was kept on hold for 18 minutes, no one ever answered. I Was able to drive from the Rancho Mirage office were the wait was 2 an a half hours.
