Desco Kitchener never disappoints! They have great knowledgeable staff and they are friendly to boot! Prices are also fair and stock is rarely an issue.
Really nice staff and very helpful. Was a first time walk in customer, not in the trades, trying to find a toilet that the big box stores were failing at, and they were able to take care of everything AND were price competitive. So nice to find a smaller local business to support that has real customer service!
I have never been a customer here, but Greg there helped me get a warranty replacement for a high-end water heater. He was very helpful and spent at least a few hours arranging this for the least trouble on my part. Desco didn't get a penny for this extra work. He did remind me that their goal is to support contractors in the trade and so they don't just care about themselves. I'm impressed with their support and I think it must speak to the ethics of the staff there.
