I have never been a customer here, but Greg there helped me get a warranty replacement for a high-end water heater. He was very helpful and spent at least a few hours arranging this for the least trouble on my part. Desco didn't get a penny for this extra work. He did remind me that their goal is to support contractors in the trade and so they don't just care about themselves. I'm impressed with their support and I think it must speak to the ethics of the staff there.
Worst customer service, as the guy tell me to go to home depot as he does not seem to be knowledgeable to help me even if I explain what I need.
Friendly and helpful counter staff.
