I had a great experience at Mill Point Dental. My hygienist, Barb, was excellent. She was very thorough and very gentle.
Just a cleaning this time around. Cassandra was great. She was very thorough. I brush and floss regularly, but I have issues with ‘pockets’ and plaque. Cassandra did extra cleaning and recommended some things to mitigate my issues going forward. I’m a relatively new patient, but after three appointments the experience has been excellent. Very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional.
This was my first visit to Mill Point Dental, having moved here recently from Roseburg, Oregon. I am definitely making Dr. Chelsea my primary dental provider. She is professional and clearly very competent. In addition she and her staff are friendly and genuinely interested in me as a person, not only a patient. Barb, the hygienist, gave me the best cleaning and gum analysis that I have ever had. I strongly recommend Mill Point Dental!
Normally, the dentist isn’t an experience you would walk away from smiling for other reasons than your teeth feeling clean and healthy but Mill Point Dental definitely made me walk away feeling satisfied with the overall experience of visiting the dentist. The whole staff is very personable and you can tell they whole heartedly care about you as a person and just not as a customer. I went in very reluctantly for a replacement crown. Not a big fan of going to the dentist. Like many baby boomers my history with dentists has some rough spots! But Dr. Mike, Kristin and the whole staff were so understanding and caring that the experience was very relaxed and completely free from pain or even discomfort. They explained everything as we went along and I even got to watch a movie while they worked, which proved to be a wonderful distraction and helped the time to pass quickly. 1st of all, the WHOLE staff at Mill Point is EXCEPTIONAL! The best of customer service was given at all times! I can’t tell you enough on how Dr. Chelsea is truly absolutely FANTASTIC! She is extremely caring and listens to everything you say and is super compassionate regarding painful dentistry! Visits to Mill Point Dental are always pleasant. Beautiful office, state of the art equipment, very professional but still warm and friendly. It's always nice to be greeted by name as I come in the door. Every hygienist I've seen has been excellent. Dr Mike is easy to talk to and very competent. It's still difficult to face the reality that Dr Stone is no longer there, but the practice she created is in good hands.
