The service was poor. The only interaction that was had was when they said "what can I get ya?" and "Top copy is mine. Thanks for coming in." Not one warm smile. Not one "do you have any questions?" Not "How are you enjoying your drink?". Nothing! I came all the way from the Midwest and was excited for an experience! The strangers around me were more friendly than the staff. Best beer in town! Never disappointed on my choice whether it be a dark or light beer. Every time I come I always get their pretzel. I crave it all the time! Always a good stop to make.
Amazing brewery public house ! Excellent beer cheese soup and the wait staff is very friendly .
The ONLY gluten free beer I've seen on tap and it was delicious! I enjoyed the salmon with gochugung honey glaze and jasmine rice. Friendly service, awesome beer, and cool/hipster atmosphere.
Fried chicken sandwich was delish!! Kids loved their mac and cheese, good value and fun coloring while waiting for our food.

Black butte whiskey in a land of beer is divine. Chocolate whiskey cake as a pairing is heaven-sent. Having them with my Hubban on a light traffic Monday night is perfection.
Great brewpub, good food, and amazingly cheap. Really good atmosphere. I shall return.
When I posted on FB that I was in Bend. Two different people told me I had to go to Deschutes. Not a beer drinker, but best beer cheese soup on the planet! The food is excellent! Service was great! I too would recommend this place to anyone.
