Our original Public House has been a vibrant fixture of the downtown Bend, Oregon scene since 1988. Meh. Service was awesome, food was below average and beers were watery and flavorless. Recommend hitting up any of the countless other local breweries and food to be had in bend. Hard pass on this place
6 delicious creative vegan items on the menu, thank you for having something other than hummus! I'll definitely be back next time through town!
Beer is good. Might have run out of salt that night as the food was in deep need of tasting before they served it. Kids pasta was awful and that’s from two kids who normally devour cheesy buttered pasta. My Reuben was very good but my fries and the wife’s look like the ends. Go for the beer, take your chances on the food.

Yes, another visit to the House where expectations were exceeded. My first time to the "NWPA Red Chair" launch. I had the Nitro version and it was outstanding. Fresh Squeezed and Chasing Freshies are my favs, but I will be substituting Red Chair as long as it's available.
