Arguably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. On 7/15/2020, I arrived at Deschutes Auto Sales at just before 12:30pm to test drive a couple of their cars. I was met at the dealer by Jim, who greeted me and asked what I was looking for. I had already done some research, so I knew which vehicles I was interested. RecommendedWe’ve purchased three vehicles from Deschutes auto sales. These guys are amazing. Any issues we had with any vehicle was resolved without a hesitation. The shop there also does amazing work on repairs, they even will work on vehicles you didn’t purchase from them! Great prices, great people, and if you stop in, give Henry the dog a pet. He kinda seals the deal :-p
