Front desk staff, nurses and Marsha are amazing!
So, my first appointment with this nurse practitioner was cancelled because she called in sick for one week. The front office staff was not accommodating. I needed to get a prescription for my blood pressure medication, and was told they could not help me, even though they have another DR on staff. I would think there would be contingencies in place when people call in sick, so their patients could still be seen. I guess not.
