I scheduled a service call for sprinkler winterization, the company missed the appointment and then kept putting off future appointments saying they were busy and would call me if they had any future availability, in the mean time I should feel free to use a different company. Two weeks later temperatures dropped and I scheduled the service with another company, when they came in they found out the pipe was already cracked outside. RIDICULOUS OVER PRICED They charged me $400 to replace (1) sprinkler bit in my lawn. They did not even tell me what the price was and did the repair and invoiced me. When I called the office to ask about the bill all I got was an ignorant women being rude on the phone. I would never refer them out to anyone.
Had our sprinkler system installed in June & we just love it. Steve & his crew did everything possible to make sure that we were completely happy with the work they did. All the workers were very nice & professional. We highly recommend them!!!!
