I am a single mother and I needed a safe area and a home ready for move in. Nick made sure that the area was extremely safe with amazing school districts that fit the needs for my child that is in AP courses. With my wife and I not knowing the Phoenix area, Cindy and Nick went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in finding not only the right home but also the right neighborhood. They showed us multiple houses and knew they had found us the right one when my wife had tears in her eyes because we were standing in our forever home!!!
