I have been your patient for over ten years, and always had a very professional and cotrees treatment until today. I had an appointment today at 2:15 pm. I was running late by 15 minutes so I called couple of times but your office was busy. When I came at your office I was shocked to hear from your Secretary that my dental cleaning is canceled. I am surprised at the discourtesy. I have waited on several occasion much more than 15 minuets and never complained. I want to cancel my next appointment with you on June 13,2023.
Dr. Mathews and her staff are exceptional! I am so grateful for the professional, compassionate care I receive in this office. Wanda , the hygienist, is amazing.
