I have been going to Forum Dental since I was a child in Rolla, moved to STL in 2017 and I’ve been beyond pleased with all of my work I’ve had done. Monday 2/22/2022 they showed me just how amazing they can be. My fiancé went to have the LEFT side of his face evaluated for jaw pain around 4:00pm at Valley Park Dental Group. Doors locked on a Monday. I had an appointment at 10:30 a.m. set a week ago after my first scheduled appointment set for last Monday was canceled due to not having a doctor available. I've wait over a month for this appointment... I don't think it's even a business anymore. I took time off from work for this an this is how I get treated.
Great staff. Great Dentist. Simply an amazing experience. Definitely recommend.
Requested an appointment via their website. Received in an email the next business day and after a couple of emails back and forth had a time scheduled in a couple of weeks. Was a pretty painless process. Arrived 5 minutes early for the appointment and stood in lobby for at least 10 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. I was told they had to remove my appointment from the calendar because I didn't fill out the paperwork and they couldn't get ahold of me to let me know about the cancelation. They are very Kind and patient.I was very afraid because i didn’t see a dentist for nearly 4 years.But all this ended right here and we love these guys! Be aware: the cleaning of your teeth will be Loooong and good. Oh and,they know what to do,even with kids and Babys.No force to Open the mouth or something harsh.
