RecommendedI don’t live in Des Moines, but I was able to drop in on an open mat night. The Members of the Academy were great to train with and taught me a lot. Thanks for the good time!
this is a good school i train here and the environment is friendly helpful they instructors are patient and skilled and they do incorporate real world training as in the do explain how this or that move worls how it is vunlurable in mma which they do teach as well as law enforcement come on in guys

This was a great gym with super friendly and skilled people. I had a great time at Friday open mat and look forward to coming out again when I’m in town next. If y’all make it out to dc come join me where I train at CapitalMMA in Takoma Park or any of their other locations in northern va.
