I had been going to my old dentist for many years. I had heard good things about this dentist practice. I had my first check up and I thought all of the people were professional and very helpful. I will be back and will recommend them to others.
The team @ Des Moines Dental Group is awesome! I need a lot of dental work to be done, but for the first time in my life I actually feel comfortable with my entire dental team. Dr. Cram and his staff answered my many questions, made me laugh, and have me looking forward to my next visit.
I received careful and courteous care. The hygienist was thorough and pleasant, the dentist (Kersis) friendly and knowlegable (I needed no actual dental work). The cost was quite a bit higher than my previous dentist who has retired.
Hands down one of the best places I have been to. Everybody is very friendly and they do a wonderful job when it comes to getting #perfectteeth!!

I hadn't been in for a regular check up in over 5 years. The staff was professional and friendly and made sure I was comfortable in my journey to get back on track to better dental health. I am not a fan of 'the dentist' but I was unexpectedly, pleasantly relieved after the visit. I appreciate the customer focused experience.
As always, I received excellent dental and personal service at my regularly scheduled visit. I really can't think of how it could be improved.
I have been a patient there for decades and I love going for check ups-Great office team!! See you in six months.:)
