I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Dr. Thompson and his team! As someone who has not had the best past experiences at the dentist, I have never felt so comfortable and safe. With each visit, my anxiety becomes non-existent because I know I’m in good hands. This team not only cares about their patients, but they really go out their way to ensure you are being educated, heard, and comfortable throughout the entire process.
I absolutely love this office. I’ve been having anxiety when it comes to the dentist since I was a kid & coming here has changed that. Dr.Thompson is one of the best.
Very thorough and uses the latest technology, but very difficult to schedule an appointment. Communication is poor. I called several times since March to reschedule a follow up appointment for cavity repair, but no one has returned my call so I will be finding a new dentist. One time when I called to reschedule, the receptionist returned the call over a week later. I went to see Dr. Thompson back in December so I could finally get a tooth pulled. I’d been told by other dentists that was the case. I’d already had 2-3 failed apioectemies. Not only did he see that the tooth could and should be saved, he replaced my crowns and they look great. When he asked what I thought I said rather casually “Oh, these are cool” but after leaving the office I looked and realized just how much better they looked. Much MUCH better than what I had before.
