Amazing place to get work done and lovely staff. I finally found a place that works with you. I don't ever plan on going anywhere else.
The absolute best dental experience I’ve ever had. Candace was the one that did my cleaning and she was amazing. I’ve never gone to the dentist and have someone breakdown everything that they’re doing and explain it to me, so I really appreciated that. And on top of that, everyone was so nice in the office.
I just had one of the worst experiences ever at this dental practice. I do not live in the Los Angeles area, and I specifically call to schedule an appointment to tell them that I would be in town, just for this appointment, only to arrive and find out that my appointment had been canceled. In addition, no accommodations were made to get me in to see the doctor although I have flown in town for this appointment. Love! Love! Love! This dentist office. From the time you walk in they are super professional and super friendly! It’s really important to me that I feel valued as a customer and from day one, they made me feel valued. Shout out to my girl Courtney for the TLC she gave me through my deep cleaning! I had my 1st visit at Dr. Derrick Thompson Dental Spa. All the staff is amazing and the office is so comfortable. My Hygienist Courtney Payton was amazing! She went over my xrays with me and she was so detailed and very knowledgeable. She was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable. I’m excited to be a new patient at their office.
