Our truck broke down on the way to Colorado 9 hours from home . Long story short the service in Amarillo is amazing . Very hospitable . The RJ at the shop tried to help us from the night before with a tow truck and had the lowest hourly price in the area . Very patient . We had to replace a transmission he gave us the best options and got it done in to days once received . They offered to shuttle us to our hotel and bank . We got stranded , our truck broke down (transmission). JR offered to help us get a tow truck and expedited service. We really appreciated the and the service. They shuttled us to the hotel and bank. Great service . Reasonably priced for the area.
My car broke down an hour outside of Amarillo and I had it towed to the shop at 2pm and by 445 pm same day I was picking it up. 🙃 Excellent customer service and the turn around time was unbelievable!
