Bought a horrid house that has had burst pipes, roots in the sewer line twice, and a burnt out thermocoupler. Each time, someone came promptly, solved the problem quickly, and they were extremely polite. While the prices for simple fixes are a bit higher than I'd like ($110-250), they are my go to plumbers. I just hope I don't have to call them again. Damn house.

I have used them on several occassions for plumbing and heating and the quality of workmanship is excellent. They are honest, reliable and complete the work in a timely fashion. I have used Derouin's and another local competitor over the years and both agencies have a young workforce. Many of the veterans that had been with these firms for years have retired and now a younger work force is in place. They are horrible. We've used them in the past, and while the actual plumbers do decent work, whoever schedules appointments and answers the phones are awful! Twice now they have said they would have someone call when they were on their way out, and both time when we have called to find out where the plumber was, they tell us that they said they had no one available, when they didn't mention that in the morning when the calls were originally made. DO NOT USE!!!

This is a horrible company. They came out to my home to fix a pipe in my garage. In the spring the pipe broke again. They would not come out to repair what I had already paid for. Needless to say I found a new plumber and will never contact this company again!!!!

I'm not sure how they rate at actually plumbing because the owner refused to do a proper estimate to get the job started. I left a message with his brother, requesting an estimate on re-routing some pipes in an upstairs bathroom that had been freezing. I went into great detail about the pipe layout and how I wanted it done. The owner had been to the house before and was familiar with the problem, but when he went to the house he did not even go into the bathroom to trace the existing pipes.
