My daughter had a chemical peel to help her skin and it did absolutely nothing but ruin a week of her summer. Sad because we were so hopeful that it would help her issues and were told that it would help . We see no difference in her skin at all unfortunately.
I am currently recovering from surgery, a little over two weeks. The staff is amazing through out the whole experience. I put my trust in Dr. Deroberts and his staff and have no regrets. His little jokes and personality make you feel more comfortable and relaxed. My results so far are amazing and his staff is always their when I have my 50 million questions. This is my first experience with cosmetic surgery but won’t be my last! Thank you to the staff for the continued support!
Very disappointed to learn that laser pricing is going up and packages are going away! I’m going to have to shop around to find some place more affordable now. Very sad, as I LOVE going to Brittany, but the practice jacking up their prices and eliminating packages hurts my bottom line.
There are doctors offices I’ve been with for years where the only person I know is my doc. After working with this office for little more than a month I’m familiar enough with the staff to be able to thank by name: Jena, CeCe, Kim, MaryAnn, Jamie, Nina...of course Dr. D!! I had a breast augmentation at the end of January. I must say, the office staff is AMAZING. I was very unsure at first, and they all reassured me and made sure the healing process was as smooth as possible. Dr.DeRobert’s explained everything, and the NP was in constant contact throughout it all! I would recommend to anyone! (I went from a 32A to a 32DD, I get so many “omg there’s no way those aren’t real” reactions!)
Dr D is THE BEST! He’s done all of my operations and will do whatever else I want next! Top notch! Everyone at Dr. D’s office is amazing. I’ve grew such awesome friendships as well!! Love you all so much!!!!
Dr. DeRoberts has been injecting me for over 5 years and would never trust anyone else with my face! He is the best for fillers/Botox and a highly skilled surgeon. And the staff is wonderful- very accommodating and professional, best in Syracuse.
