My experience has been dismissive, frustrating, and completely lacking in accountability. Based on how this situation was handled, I would not trust this company to support patients when something goes wrong, and I strongly urge anyone considering any doctors associated with them to go elsewhere. Disappointed in how you are handling a security breach. As a company, you should be offering one year of monitoring at no charge to your customers. We will not be using your doctors or recomending you from this point forward.
