To attempt to make a schedule with these people you’re better off messaging them on FB because they will never pick up the phone. Finally got my appointment. Went in yesterday and was told I couldn’t be seen because I brought my toddler with me. I am a single mother who does not have a baby sitter. If they had any sort of communication skills they would have made it clear on what I should bring with me and should not. I literally had to do so much before I got there to be told I cannot be seen. Háganse un favor así mismos, no vayan a este lugar! Se van ahorrar tiempo, dinero y corajes.
Es el lugar donde peor comunicacion tienen con los pacientes . lamentablemente no es posible salir de ay y recomendarlo
I honestly say that I went there because of the location and also because most of the test and follow ups are in the same location but after few months going over there and few disappointment, I ended going somewhere else. The problem there is that the schedule so many patients for the same date that is impossible for them to see them on time. The staff is very disorganized and the dentists try to schedule so many appointments in one year until your insurance can't pay anything anymore
Lamentablemente tienen problemas de administracion y organizacion. Es penoso que las veces que eh ido, no han podido atenderme por poca comunicacion. Espero que tomen medidas y cambie la administración, aparte de deben entrenar a su personal en servicio al cliente.
