I've called every couple of months for years and I am always told they are not accepting new patients yet I know others who manage to get in. I always ask when I could check back or when things could change and all I get is, I don't know, I don't know. Very unhelpful phone staff.

I’m gonna piggy back on the last review and reiterate how rude the phone staff is. I’ve been coming here for years, and every time I’ve felt like I’m pulled through the wringer, charged for things I was never warned I’d be charged for. Nothing feels properly explained. I feel taken advantage of. Take your money elsewhere, especially if you don’t have insurance. This place is not kind.

Today, I mistakenly called this facility instead of the dermatology group I meant to contact, and would like to say that whoever is answering the phones today should take a refresher course on customer service. Her tone was nasty and so was she, wry shirt and rude, she cut me off during the first call and when I called back to confirm information she told me I didn’t have an appointment, without even asking my name. I’m glad I am not a patient at this office.

This clinic does not care about poor people. I aged out of parental insurance and they do not accept any Medicaid or state insurance. Issues with that and their impossible scheduling aside, I had been a patient for a few years and I always felt brushed aside and not listened to with Dr. Weinel. I would be seen about once a year and she would spend a very rushed 5 minutes with me.
