I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Vlatka Agnetta for the surgery I underwent today to treat a basal cell carcinoma. After consulting several places and not receiving a diagnosis due to my insurance not being accepted, I arrived at Greater Knoxville and immediately felt at home. If your looking for employment look elsewhere. The management is sneaky, will lie straight to your face, and they clearly have favorites they don't try and hide it. I did everything that was asked if me and more but they discharge me saying I wasn't a good fit. Well clearly a good team player who takes pride in their work is not a good fit for them. The reasoning they told me and what they told unemployment are two completely different stories. Very unethical. So long story short management is sneaky

Genuinely wanted to go here to see Dr Garfield. Unfortunately never made it past the office staff. Definitely need an overhaul here. I felt it was a big red flag that when you call the first thing you hear is “they won’t tolerate rude treatment of front staff”. If it’s that big of a problem time to look internally. And I say that as someone who has been in an office before working! Decided to give it a chance and for some reason all hours of the day at random you’ll get the “out of office message” even during business hours.... read more
