If you're a nursing mother with an infant that's asleep... don't come here. They will turn you away without telling you until you get there... nursing infants in a stroller are not allowed. My family is leaving this office and joined another same day with better "bedside manner", no imposing or archaic rules. The new office was caring and actually allows nursing infants, and we don't have to drive an hour to visit this militant office in Shelby.
Dr. Yaldo has been amazing! My skin has cleared up perfectly with her treatment plan. The front desk and scribes are also very friendly and nice.

I have annual skin checks, and in the past, I visited a different dermatologist in the Shelby Township area. Went to this office for possibility of going on accutane. The MA forgot to sign me up for ipledge and called the wrong number for 10 days straight. Never did they look at the form that they made me fill out with all of my updated information (phone number). Everything was pushed back. I paid for a visit. They were in a rush and didn’t do their job. Unorganized.
