Very poor . Would not recommend . Had MOHNS surgery. The ma. Did the block not a doctor pushed in lobby for 21/2 hrs. Have spinal cord injury pain full to sit. Don’t care. About 25 patients waiting. Like a meat market. After second time in back ma. Culterize. For bleeding done by ma. Dr. To busy too explain what he did. No post up, instructions in bag . 4/12 hrs. Go to Midwest derm on Garfield. Dr. Performed all and done in one hour. Answered all questions. Not pushed in lobby. And answered all questions. Very rude staff .
Lady on the phone was extremely rude and wasn’t very informed
Very bad experience in their office today. Checked in 25 minutes before my appointment (my husband had the 10:15 appointment and I had the 10:30 appointment). Person at desk gave a grease mark sheet to fill out. I did it and gave it back. They called my name 5 minutes later to hand me a tablet to enter information. I finished the tablet (which had multiple choices for medications and allergies and I am not from the medical field-which was very confusing). I handed the pad back at around 10:35. I had my first appointment with Dr. Judy Fontana and she was wonderful. She addressed all my concerns and did not rush me. She has a pleasant, professional demeanor. I would highly recommend her to everyone.
