Before the appointment I recieved a text so that I can do the questionnaire from home on an app., which is helpful and easy to navigate. When I got here fir my appointment, the help desk was quick and courteous, the waiting are looks clean and smells healthy. A bonus point for them having 5G wifi at location. Will update further after the appointment. Edit: I didn't have to wait long to be seen by the doctor, I was called in in under 5 minutes from my scheduled appointment. You will not find a more thorough dermatologist in Jacksonville. She is smart, very nice and does a proper full skin exam. She is wonderful!

Dr McClintock is a wonderful dermatologist. Switching to her for my bi yearly full body exams has been one of my better medical decisions. She is thorough and patient. She removed two moles and both came back as skin cancer (basal cell and melanoma). I had not even seen the early stage melanoma one as concerning on my ankle. Glad she caught it! I have been going to see Dr. Mclintock for decades for skin checks and I absolutely love her. Not only is she very personable, she is very thorough with my exams. She is very patient, has never rushed me, and has found multiple skin cancers over the years. I will forever be grateful for her catching my Melanoma in its early stages. Hands down the best dermatologist around!
