The providers at Dermatology Specialists of Illinois are wonderful! My daughter (9) has had to go a couple times and has seen both the doctor and the PA and they were so good with her. The last visit my daughter was especially nervous, to the point of tears, and the PA calmly talked through everything with her, gave her choices, but used her words to guide my daughter into making the (correct) decision she was most frightened of....having that control made all the difference. Would definitely recommend them!

Staff was very friendly but we waited 25+ minutes after our scheduled appointment to see anyone. Very disappointed with the wait, and not being notified of a delay in services.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Khanna since I was 9 years old! I have been seeing his PA Denise for a few years now and they are both awesome! Would highly recommend DSI.

It's fancy looking. The front desk staff are mostly helpful. Not sure I like the PA I've been seeing. She is very interested in selling their products, and very ready to be upset if she thinks I'm not following her instructions. Terrible customer service skills. Three times I've asked to have a skin tag removed, and the last time I scheduled it as part of my appointment. Everybody seemed surprised when I mentioned it and it still hasn't been done. I brought my child in for a skin culture on a Monday and was seen by Denise and her assistant. After the skin culture was done, they informed me that I should get the results sometime by either Tuesday or Wednesday. I called on Wednesday to see if the skin culture results were in and spoke with Arianna at the nurses station. She informed me that I should receive results some time in 7 - 10 business days. I have been seeing Dr. Khanna for several years and have always received excellent care. The staff is awesome and Dr. Khanna is very professional and friendly and takes time to answer questions and explain treatment. He has removed several cancerous growths with no scarring. He is really the best and I recommend him highly.
