My experience was absolutely phenomenal! I was seeing a different provider for injectables and was not pleased with my experience or the results. I was referred to Marianne at Dermatology Specialists of Illinois and truly enjoyed my visit and working with her. Our visit with Mallory put our son in the Emergency room. I told her over and over I was concerned about the drug she wanted to put him on and she kept telling me he would be fine. If I didn't come home when I did, my son could have died. They also refused to help with the hospital bill. After 8 years we are saying goodbye and telling everyone I know not to go there!

It is not predictable if the patient has not been exposed to the medication previously.This unpredictable event is unfortunate, but we would never intentionally harm anyone. We are happy to hear that he is fine. We are sorry to hear that you are leaving our practice after 8 years.
I waited 30 minutes for my appointment. People who were late for their appointment were seen before me. I will go to Derek Dermatology for now on
