Trying to get a hold of someone at this office is ridiculous. Called last Friday twice and all it did was ring for OVER 10 MINUTES both times with no answer. Called today at 11:50 am and of course they’re closed for lunch. Called again at 3:50 pm and wouldn’t you know they’re already closed for the day. Save your time and money and go elsewhere

After being a client for five years, we were ten minutes late for an 08:15 appointment. Having called three times and no one would answer the phone, having driven all the way from Keller, we rushed in exactly ten minutes late to an EMPTY office only to be told we would need to reschedule. The place looks nice, but the care was not good, they took me in and out quicker than a car wash, Dr barely talked with me, didn’t do any test and even tho it is my 1st time starting an acne treatment(a few pimples) she wanted me to take drugs that are too high on side effects and risk factors, which she didn’t even told me, I have to find out with my pharmacist about these. I’ll never go back.
