Waiting for over 3 months for an appointment only to be rescheduled a few days before. Upon arrival on said appointment day they said they wouldn’t take my insurance. Insurance company stated they are in network. Complete waste of time. Front desk personnel were very unprofessional. A lot of misguiding information.
Made appointment over 20 people came in and were seen prior to my wife even being called back. Very unprofessional woukdnt recommend
Waited a month for an appt. I show up inly for them to tell me they dont take my insurance. Like they couldnt check beforehand??? Other Offices do this. Not helpful and total waster of time.
The staff is great, kind, and knowledgeable. We always receive excellent care here.
I can not overstate how grateful I am to have Dr. Catherine Harrell as my dermatologist! She is so considerate, generous with her time answering my questions, conscientious and thorough with my semi-annual total body skin exams. And Dr. Harrell’s assistant, Holland, was so polite and courteous facilitating my appointment throughout.
