It’s absolutely ridiculous you have to wait five months to be seen
HORRIBLE customer service for billing questions and trying to get someone to answer the phone. I would give them zero stars if I could. FIND ANOTHER OFFICE TO ATTEND!!!!
I was a patient and had a great experience with Dr. Weinel--she is wonderful--but haven't needed to go for several years. Now that I do, I am considered a "new patient." First availability--6 mos!! Even called back 2 mos later to mention a potential concern and see if I could move up appointment. Was told there are no openings for new patients and that I should go to primary care if needed. Crazy system and office procedure
