It’s absolutely ridiculous you have to wait five months to be seen
Sarah Weinel is the BEST and her nurses are too! They are brilliant and kind and I feel lucky to be their patient. If you call as a new patient, expect a very long wait (months) but once you are IN it is 100% worth it and they will do everything they can to improve your life and condition.
HORRIBLE customer service for billing questions and trying to get someone to answer the phone. I would give them zero stars if I could. FIND ANOTHER OFFICE TO ATTEND!!!!
