Staff is awesome nurses , the ladies at the front desk, also the PA’S. !!! My whole family goes there. Dr.Spencer has done MOHS on my father and my Husband. They also do the lasted in procedures ,Laser , peels, Botox,fillers even great facials. I really can’t say enough great things about Dermatology & Skin Institute. At least please go there and have your skin checked for possible abnormalities. Everyone needs to do this.

Years ago my husband had a melanoma so one of the first things we did when we moved to Frisco is look for a dermatologist. We wanted one fellowship-trained in Mohs surgery. Dr. Spencer fit the bill. As it turns out, my husband has had to have Mohs surgery, as well as a number of other procedures. Dr. Spencer is very thorough in his examinations and technically very good. We have both received excellent care.
My whole life I have had dandruff. I tried everything and nothing would work.But I went to Dermatology and Skin Surgery Institute of North Texas and they knew what was up. One new shampoo and I have not had dandruff since. And they have helped my skin out in other places. Super awesome.
Knowledgeable and caring team. Dr. Spencer is efficient and is very confident about skin cancer. He has taken great care of me!
Staff was very accommodating and the wait time to being seen was very short. Dr explained everything in detail and asked if there were any concerns or questions. Overall it was a good first appointment experience and I will be followed up in six months.
