Today was my first appointment as a new patient. I had previously visited another dermatologist in the area and today's visit was night and day. I was very impressed with how thorough my Dr was and she seemed genuinely concerned with my issue. Left my appointment very pleased. Highly recommend this practice.
I had 3 face laser treatments. I was told it would remove hair, tighten my skin and wrinkles, clear up pores and imperfections and after 3 treatments, 2 of 1 true and 1 that was to treat all, my face remains the same. Pictures were taken but only in the beginning before the treatment. All those pictures they have in the waiting room must not be true. ??????? What a terrible waste of my money. I had a great experience. Everyone was nice. No problems.
My husband was scheduled for a follow up from May and when he arrived today they did not have the apt in their book. Well, I had the apt card and that made NO DIFFERENCE. THEY TOLD HIM THEY COULD NOT SEE HIM TODAY AT ALL. Wonder why their website says they have same day appointments available.....ah.....APPARENTLY NOT. It takes over an hour to get there so it is practically a full day to get there, see someone, and then get back home. A wasted day for sure. A patient's time is just as valuable as theirs.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any physicians office in terms of scheduling, being respectful of patients time, and following up. a December appointment postponed, followed by THREE follow-ups being cancelled because "the provider is unavailable." Each appointment was made & confirmed. Finally I get a late afternoon appointment (5 months after originally scheduled) and I arrive at a locked office.
