I am 77 years old and have seen Dr. Brady as a skin cancer surgeon for the last 17 years. Dr. Brady is the most kind and caring physician that I have had the pleasure of knowing. I can't believe knowing him for all these years that he would condone any employee treating any patient or interested person in such a rude manner. Dr. Brady will be retiring soon and the medical community will loose an exceptionally dedicated doctor and exceptional person. He will missed by me and his many patients.

I called today with a request for information. Kate, young, unexperienced and evidently, without knowledge lady answered the phone. After she repeated 4 times they don't accept new patients, without listening, she rudely hang up the phone. I called again, Beckie put me on hold, I couldn't wait to talk with their Manager, I had to go back and see my own patients.
