The front desk young lady who checked me in wasn’t polite, barely spoke and gave a card for a TX office when asked a question. I’ve never been to a dermatologist office and was nervous even though I’m a nurse. The entire office I found was cold and distant, not welcoming in their approach. Efficient and fast yes. It was like a blink of an eye and the doc was gone. Probably won’t be back. I guess I just hold myself to a hire standard of care they relies on being competent and KIND.

She answered all my questions clearly and in detail. A very nice surprise was her call on Saturday following the surgery to check up on me. They are excellent❤️🙏🏻❤️
