Robin at front desk is very rude and sarcastic - I have had 3 encounters with her negative bad attitude. Not friendly at all or personable. I have been to this office once and I am leaving to seek a different office just because of Robin not because of the doctor. Sad that your office front desk person is pushing clients away. Fix your bad attitude Robin. Not fair to nice doctor. Good luck !
We been going to Dr. Maleki more than 15 years. With different kind of skin problems. And we are very happy with all the help and diagnosis we received with the right medication. Also don’t mind driving from our house which is 40 miles away to Dr office. Because of his professionalism.
doesnt explain well, or provide treatment options. maybe all of his patients are low income? over 2 years I realized that his treatment is based on insurance coverage, doesnt give information for an informed decision. “not cancer” means “insurance wont cover so I wont offer treatment”. Arrogant in disagreeing with prior diagnoses given by other doctors, without validating his findings. does not elaborate when asked a question- defensive and arrogant is the best word to describe. Time to retire, you outlived your career
