I went for a new patient exam. I was told after the exam the amount would be $100. I paid the bill in full and left. A few weeks later I received another bill in the mail for an additional $40. When I called in and spoke to the office staff I was told that they provided additional services because I had a scratch on my ear they looked at and that was $40.
