I am a new patient at Dr. Turner’s office, and she was able to address all of my concerns thoroughly. PA Ross did a great job asking me detailed questions and giving me a clear summary at the end. They were able to start me on a new medication right away, sent my prescription over immediately, and provided a sample to last me until I could pick it up at my pharmacy. The medication also arrived quickly at my home. Overall, a smooth and efficient experience

I had a really great experience at this office. Every single person I interacted with was wonderful, kind, and genuinely helpful. From the front desk to the clinical staff, everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I’ll admit, after reading some of the previous reviews, I felt a bit unsure about what to expect. I’m genuinely glad I read these reviews because I thought I was losing my mind after my experience yesterday. I agree with another reviewer—god-awful Before booking, I called and asked very specifically about treating volume loss in my arms. We discussed Radiesse and other biostimulators. Those options were clearly affirmed, or I never would have made the appointment. Firstly, I walked in and… nothing. No greeting, no acknowledgment.
