Dr. Cox was very professional and friendly. I felt very confident in his care and will continue to see him. The staff was very professional as well except for the girl at the front desk. She was absolutely RUDE and wouldn’t listen to me about my insurance. She was very adamant in stating they didn’t take my insurance. I tried to explain to her that I called my insurance company to verify but she still kept repeating that they wouldn’t accept it.
