I saw Dr. Daniel and she is very professional and made me feel like I was in great hands. Then my experience turned into a nightmare. I was told I needed a Ct scan and after a week of no call I called the dr office back and was told they had sent it and to wait. Called them back the next week they gave me the number to call and check and come to find ou the whole time my information had been sent to the wrong number. My mother has been going to Dr. Daniel for the past couple of weeks and at first was thinking this was going to be a good place to get taken care of but it changed very fast. She has been disrespected by staff, they have neglected to send information and results to designated locations, they have told her that they are done with her, even though there are outstanding labs on her health that they have still not given to her. I couldn't be happier with a dermatologist! After s terrible "assembly line experience" type dermatologist in Huntersville, I was pleasantly surprised by the time, care, professionalism and expertise of this group of doctors and staff. I've had many visits and every one of them has been excellent, would recommend them to anyone.
