Dr. Rullan has been my Dermatologist for 30+ years. He is the best. Always up on the latest procedures in his field. Not only that he is caring and professional and takes time to listen to your concerns. Whether it's a cosmetic procedure or a cancerous lesion, you have found your Dr.
Humble doctors that take the time to make the visit personal, yet provide the highest level of care. Excellent cosmetic practice for botox, fillers and lasers, but also for taking care of rashes and skin cancers, etc. It can be busy sometimes.
