As a self pay patient, I specifically asked for the cost of my visit before scheduling.. So that I could be prepared. I needed a simple treatment, based on my previous visit, and something else looked at. Called in advance for a price on a visit and few months ago. Was quoted between $75 and $200. After about a 5 minute visit with a nurse practitioner, i was charged $365. I paid it and called Billing dept for an explanation but they couldn't explain it, instead talking in circles and promising someone would call me back. No one ever called back.
