Terrible place. The doctors are always in a hurry and if you call to ask about the cost for a procedure, no one knows. I called five times one day for a cost, including the billing dept and no one knew the cost. Terrible.
Excelente en todos los aspectos. Gracias al Dr. Bibi por su atención rápida y eficiente! También a todo el personal de la clínica. Destaco que había solicitado turnos anteriormente en otras tres clínicas, pero en todos los sitios los turnos tenían grandes demoras, así que fue maravilloso encontrar un turno muy rápido, y más aún cuando el Dr. Bibi eliminó mi problema en la primera consulta!🙏🏻
The dermatologist that’s in charge of this office (Dr. Bibi) does not do very well with young children. My wife brought my 3 year old son here via a referral from our pediatrician. My son is autistic and likes to walk around. The doctor walked in the exam room and freaked out on my wife telling her “ma’am, get your child,” in a rude manner. I went to this office. Had a fine experience with the Dr who spoke with me. He prescribed me with some foam medication. I rarely use the foam but the good news is I got 6 refills with the prescription....at least that's what I thought...After going months till I had to order another bottle, I reached out to the pharmacist to get my 1st refill going.The pharmacist declined my inquiry.
