My husband had an appointment with Dr. Hoffstetter, and unfortunately, the experience was so disappointing that we left before he was ever seen. We're self-pay because we don't have insurance. The website states that the office accepts CareCredit, but when we arrived, we were told they only accept CareCredit cards with a chip. That didn't make sense, so I called CareCredit afterward, and their representative told me that the presence or absence of a chip should not affect the ability to process an account using the account n... read more
