Amazing from check in to check out. Every person I encountered introduced themselves, explained every step to me, and the dr had the absolute best “bedside manner”
I loved how Tootie my nurse was sweet and listened to my concerns. She is also very knowledgeable and told me what was going on with me. When Dr. Parker came in he was able to just go over everything very quickly and gave me directions to help with my issue. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes but I did not feel rushed, I left feeling good about my appointment and hopeful about getting this dryness of my skin corrected. I’d also like to say that the ladies in the front were super sweet and friendly.
Maggie at the front desk has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. She greets my girls by name and genuinely asks how they’ve been, which immediately makes us feel welcome. Once we are taken back, we are always greeted by Dr. Parker’s nurses. They are kind, efficient, and gracious, and consistently make the visit run smoothly while putting both parents and children at ease. Front reception staff was amazing and kind. Nurse and Physician was so very nice friendly and treated me like family not another patient with insurance paying. Explained the procedure I was having done. And was very professional while treating me as if I was family
