First time at Valley View Dermatology. Fast easy check in, friendly front desk staff. was called back a few minutes before my appt and Dr Swift and her assistant appeared very quickly. Dr. Swift was very kind and professional. Great Visit, would Highly Recommend Valley View Dermatology

I was referred by my doctor, so wasn’t sure really what to exactly to expect. I personally Rate this experience not like I would have thought. 2stars because I waited a while for this appt. But also had my paperwork filled out thinking they would look over it and maybe ask questions so then I could ask questions. But the whole first appt took less then 15 min, No questions asked pretty disappointed ☹️ service

First off I have to say that the doctor I saw was very helpful and nice, as for the ladies at the front desk, they were highly unprofessional/rude.... The reason I say this is, is because while sitting in the waiting room, they were speaking very loudly and giggling about their personal business along with some cursing, I had even seen one of the ladies pick up the phone and speak to someone and after she got off the phone, she called the women a “Bitch” under her breath.
