Unable to get my medical records they are part of a large corporate chain that does not respond to their requests for information. It has been 45 days with no response at this point. I have been given 2 phone numbers and I leave messages daily for the last week with no response. Very unprofessional.
DR Takahashi, Histologist Tom, and her staff nurses Christy And Jasmine were absolute incredible and meticulous with their expertise during my recent MOH procedure. I would recommend making an initial appointment with DR Balin for your medical concerns at the DERMATOLOGY Clinic of Oregon and then follow up with his recommenations.
I had to wait over an hour in the office to be seen, but the doctor was amazing. She took her time with me and explained what she was doing. I was at ease with her knowledge and would go back (if ever needed to).
