I really love visiting keystone dental. Pam at the front desk is so sweet and really makes you feel like family when you call or go in for an appointment. The whole team is so friendly and gentle, and Dr. Lamb is the best!
Dr. Lamb and his entire staff exceeded my expectations. Not only are they professional, but their customer service skills are top-notch! They truly care about each patient and it shows in their work. I highly recommend Dr. Lamb and his practice to anyone! You will not be disappointed.
today I had my very first visit at the keystone dental clinic and I have to say that dr. Lamb and his staff excelled my expectations. Their customer service skills and professionalism is top notch! I have to add that I had my two year old daughter with me and while I was being seen, Pam, Morgan and I cannot remember the other woman's name (and I feel terrible) occupied my daughter and played with her. Dr. Lamb is the best dentist ever! He is really good about getting people in when they need an appointment because they are having problem's. I was in a lot of pain and he was on vacation but via text message figured out that I needed a root canal. I got the root canal and saw Dr. Lamb his first day back from vacation. While I was there someone called about a 9 year old girl that needed to be seen. He said to bring her right in. Dr. Lamb and the staff at Keystone Dental exhibit the upmost integrity in the practce of dentristry. It is importaint to have a team you can trust with your dental health.
After a past nightmare dental experience I avoided the dentist a few years too long. Dr Lamb and his staff have been amazing to work with from the initial xrays and cleaning to two rounds of fillings. They have gone above and beyond to make every situation as comfortable as possible and work with compassion to assist with the anxiety I faced. Definitely five star service!
I normally do not bother with online reviews or boasting about things on Facebook, but I couldn't help myself after my wonderful experience today at Keystone Dental! Dana was very professional during my cleaning this morning. She answered my questions, did a wonderful job explaining the entire cleaning process and recommending procedures to help maintain my dental health. Pam is always a delight to see. She always greets me with a smile and is a pleasure to talk with her. In my opinion Dr. Lamb is the best Colorado Springs can offer. I could not be any happier with him and his office.
I love Dr Lambs office!!! No matterms what is going on everyone is always so nice and compassionate!
