Dr Shah was not too thorough, and even referenced different issues from my previous visit, as the reason for my visit. No doubt he is very qualified and knowledgeable, however, the interaction made me feel like a check the box. He didn’t review the reason for my visit before walking in. I had a similar issue on a previous visit, but separate to the reason for the visit, which he referenced in the initial discussion. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Ive been treated by Dr Hitchins and Dr Shah. I felt confident enough to schedule my 91 yr old mom with Dr Shah for her dermatological issues with her legs. They were great with her and we feel confident we’re on the right track.

Dr. Shah and his staff are extremely professional, competent and courteous. Had a minor surgical procedure performed in his office. Completely painless. I was in and out in about an hour. No post-op issues. Highly recommend for all your dermatological needs! Thank you. 🙏🙏

I have read the reviews of other various doctors and the staff at the Cypress location, and my only insights are about Dr. Hitchins. She is truly a doctor sent from Heaven. I have been visiting her regularly for nearly 20 years, which included time when she was in other practices. Unfortunately, the staff at her Cypress location is challenging. I have plaque psoriasis. I had seen a ton of dermatologists and they prescribed creams. I would of had to use a paint roller. This provider does biologics. I was put on Cosentyx and 2 weeks later the psoriasis was suppressed. The facilities are very nice. I love the place and the doctors.
