Dr Shah was not too thorough, and even referenced different issues from my previous visit, as the reason for my visit. No doubt he is very qualified and knowledgeable, however, the interaction made me feel like a check the box. He didn’t review the reason for my visit before walking in. I had a similar issue on a previous visit, but separate to the reason for the visit, which he referenced in the initial discussion. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Ive been treated by Dr Hitchins and Dr Shah. I felt confident enough to schedule my 91 yr old mom with Dr Shah for her dermatological issues with her legs. They were great with her and we feel confident we’re on the right track.

I had an appointment today and when I arrived, I was asked "if I was able to get the referral?" What referral? I saw a doctor earlier this year and provided a referral. I drove in 100°+ temp with almost $4/gal for gas to arrive and find out I needed a referral??? I'm getting a referral, only to a different Dr office. Whomever makes appointments needs to I get their act together.

I have read the reviews of other various doctors and the staff at the Cypress location, and my only insights are about Dr. Hitchins. She is truly a doctor sent from Heaven. I have been visiting her regularly for nearly 20 years, which included time when she was in other practices. Unfortunately, the staff at her Cypress location is challenging. We have been so happy with the care from Dr Shah and his staff! My son has severe eczema and the care and solutions available to him has been the absolute best to keep him comfortable and symptom free!
