I have read the reviews of other various doctors and the staff at the Cypress location, and my only insights are about Dr. Hitchins. She is truly a doctor sent from Heaven. I have been visiting her regularly for nearly 20 years, which included time when she was in other practices. Unfortunately, the staff at her Cypress location is challenging. Dr. Shah and his staff are extremely professional, competent and courteous. Had a minor surgical procedure performed in his office. Completely painless. I was in and out in about an hour. No post-op issues. Highly recommend for all your dermatological needs! Thank you. 🙏🙏

Twice Dr Shah missed skin cancers that the surgeon removed after I was referred after a positive biopsy.About a year ago I had a biopsy on an area that was positive. I was never notified.the office had somehow transposed the numbers on my cellphone and my landline.No email,no letter.I didn't learn about it until my 6 month follow up.Now the surgeon has had to remove a larger chunk of my nose because the cancer had a extra 6 months to grow larger.

I've seen both Dr Hitchins & Dr Shah and they are equally exceptional in their field. I was misdiagnosed with a skin condition by multiple dermatologists over my lifetime and they caught it and began the correct treatment on appt #1!

Sat in the waiting room with my son almost an hour. He had school, we had to leave. No explanation, not even an apology. Dermatologists in this area are a dime a dozen. We won't be back.
